Our flagship products include the HimSetu Herbal Energy Drink, infused with traditional Ayurvedic ingredients like Ashwagandha, Brahmi, and Green Tea, and HimSetu Packaged Drinking Water.

Our registered office is located in New Delhi, India, and we operate under all relevant food safety, health, and wellness industry standards, including FSSAI compliance.

2. Product Usage Disclaimer

All HimSetu products are intended for general wellness and energy enhancement based on traditional Ayurvedic formulations. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers with specific medical conditions, allergies, or dietary concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.

We do not make any medical claims regarding our formulations. Results may vary from person to person.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

     

      • Prices listed on our website or in any communication are subject to change without prior notice.

      • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

      • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors or inventory limitations.

      • Payments made via online methods (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) must be completed in full before shipment.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

       

        • HimSetu products are shipped through reputed courier partners across India.

        • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and unforeseen logistics issues.

        • Any damage or tampering with the product during transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence for claim processing.

      5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

         

          • Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.

          • If eligible, customers may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the product, provided original packaging and batch details are retained.

          • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

        6. Intellectual Property

        All content, logos, product packaging, trademarks, images, and digital media associated with HimSetu Pvt. Ltd. are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any HimSetu materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

        7. Dealer, Distributor & CFA/CNF Relationships

        Interested parties must enter into a formal agreement with HimSetu Pvt. Ltd. to become an authorized dealer, distributor, CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent), or CNF (Clearing & Forwarding Agent). Terms related to margins, territories, marketing support, and exclusivity will be clearly outlined in individual agreements.

        Unauthorized resale or misrepresentation of the HimSetu brand is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of any relationship and potential legal action.

        8. Privacy Policy

        We value your privacy. All user information collected through our website or business interactions is protected under our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data. We do not sell or share personal information without user consent, except where required by law.

        9. Liability Limitation
